Eligibility: United States citizens or permanent resident aliens who are at least 18 years of age may donate. Current Vermont law limits contributions for a campaign to $1,000 per primary election and $1,000 per general election, for a combined total of $2,000 from individuals and single sources. Campaign contributions are not tax deductible.
