Rep. Brennan will Go With Gibbs for Secretary of State

COLCHESTER – Rep. Patrick Brennan, R-Colchester, said today that he is backing Jason Gibbs for Secretary of State.

“Government can and should be streamlined,” Brennan said. “Small business owners already face so many obstacles. Jason and I both know that government should not also stand in the way of Vermonters’ prosperity.”

Rep. Branagan will Go With Gibbs for Secretary of State

GEORGIA – Rep. Carolyn Branagan, R-Georgia, today said she is backing Jason Gibbs for Secretary of State.

“I am going with Jason; he will provide strong leadership for the Green Mountain State and be able to forge the important partnerships between Vermont town officials and their state government,” Branagan said. “Jason is a wonderful leader whose ability to build consensus around important issues will be put to good use as Secretary of State. On top of that, Jason is a true Vermonter.”

Rep. McDonald will Go With Gibbs for Secretary of State

BERLIN – Rep. Patricia McDonald, R-Berlin, today said she is backing Jason Gibbs for Secretary of State.

“I’m going with Gibbs because he’s a leader who knows the issues and offers new, more effective, solutions to the range of challenges we face,” McDonald said. “I think those skills are essential in the Secretary of State’s office, given the complexities of the issues that Jason will be dealing with on a daily basis with municipalities, professional organizations, the public and the Legislature.”

Rep. Howard will Go With Gibbs for Secretary of State

CAMBRIDGE – Rep. Adam Howard, R-Cambridge, today said he is backing Jason Gibbs for Secretary of State.

“I’m going with Gibbs. As commissioner of the Department of Forests,Parks and Recreation Jason worked very well balancing the interests of a hugely diverse outdoor interest crowd. He’ll take that same creative leadership to the Secretary of State’s office,” said Howard.
